Hunt Club Subdivision Garage Sale

 Thursday, May 29, Friday May 30,

Saturday May 31, and Sunday June 1
9:00 – 4:00 each day

Hunt Club Sub, Independence Commons and Old Homestead West are having a Multi-Sub Garage Sale on the above dates/times.   I have volunteered to coordinate it for Hunt Club.

I will advertise the sale on Marketplace, and signs will be placed at the entrance to the sub and nearby intersections.  It’s recommended that you place your own (free) ad on Marketplace, with descriptions and/or photos of the items you are selling.   It’s also recommended that you place signs within the sub directing people to your house, esp. if you’re not on one of the main streets.    If you don’t have a lot to sell, two or more neighbors can combine their items into a “multi-family” sale, to attract more buyers.

Please respond if you will be having a garage sale—it really helps to know the total number/locations of houses participating.  I’ll advertise the total number of garage sales on Marketplace, and I will make a map.

On the day of the sale, it helps to mark your driveway accordingly with a sign.   Also be sure to have plenty of change and bags available.
