ASSOCIATION BYLAWS AND COVENANTS
All owners/residents should have a copy of the Association Bylaws, Declaration of Covenants, and Hunt Club Rules and Regulations (download from website). These documents should be passed down to any new owner. You may also read them and download a copy from our website https:\\huntclubsub.com under the Board Members tab.
ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETINGS
Farmington Hills Hunt Club Homeowners Association Board Meetings are usually held the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at a Board Member’s home, at the pavilion, or via video conferencing. All residents are welcome to attend and participate. Call the Board President for location. Minutes of the meetings are available on the website and from the Board Secretary on request. An annual subdivision meeting is held in March of each year.
ASSOCIATION DUES
Association dues are due by February 1 each year ($10 discount if paid by January 31) and are currently $275. There is a $25 per month surcharge for late payments made after March 1.
Unpaid association dues can result in a lien against a resident’s property. The dues are primarily used to maintain and improve the common areas. A treasurer’s report is presented at each association board meeting. Dues should be mailed to the address provided by the treasurer or pay via Zelle (treasurerhuntclubsub@gmail.com)
ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL/COMMONS AREA COMMITTEE
All new construction, building additions, decks, pools, fences, walls, grade changes, etc. must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Control Committee. Complete details of the ACC process (including exceptions to prior approval and a link to the Application for Approval) are available on our website at https://huntclubsub.com/architectural-control-committee-acc/.
Please login to the Hunt Club website and visit the ACC section in the Resident-only menu and/or contact an ACC Committee Member during the planning stage of any proposed construction.
DIRECTORY
The directory is only available on the Hunt Club website. The directory will be updated periodically as changes are required. If you need to change any of your information in the Directory, you can complete/submit the Directory Update Form online (click on the button at the top of this page). You may also contact your block captain with any noted changes, errors or additions or contact the Directory Coordinator directly.
WEBSITE & E-NEWS
Our subdivision website is https://huntclubsub.com. The website is updated frequently with news and events. Residents can sign up for the Hunt Club E-News email list on the website homepage. Please contact the Board President to update your email address if you change it. We utilize the email list to send out annual dues invoices.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Our Trash pick-up day is Wednesday, Thursday for the weeks of the following five holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Christmas Day
City ordinance requires that all containers must be removed from the curb no later than 12 hours following collection. Yard Waste is collected curbside early April through early December. For Recycling, see http://www.rrrasoc.org for acceptable items and recycling guidelines. The City of Farmington Hills administers the rubbish removal program.
